I LOVE GPS! I've never stuck with working out and actually wanting to go to the gym. Girl Power and the instructors make it so much fun, and I love the variety of all kinds of classes available. My 3 year old loves all the sweet ladies that help out for daycare too. I'm going to be sad when it comes time for us to move!
Girl Power Station is a really amazing place for women of all walks of life to come together and sweat! There is a variety of class choices from calm/low impact to upbeat/high intensity, there is something there for everyone. The facility may not look like much from the outside, but inside it is beautifully decorated and always clean. GPS is such a unique experience! From the minute I walk in the door, I feel like the women there genuinely care about who I am. Their classes are so creative...who knew pounding drumsticks was such a good workout!? I've taken classes with Katelin Elizabeth and Natalie Leon- they are both so passionate about making women feel GOOD! Their energy is so contagious! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Girl Power Station! ❤️ It!!
I love it. I have never enjoyed something other than pure dancing as much. There are so many choices of classes. Something for everyone. Still trying to get in the groove of classes. Have done some new things. The staff and instructors are awesome. Love the atmosphere. This is a class act in all respects. Thanks, Terri. You did great! This is what women need. The power of positive thinking couldn't be demonstrated more than at this facility.
Girl power station truly knows how to make you feel empowered as a woman. There is never any judgement and you are free to just be you. Everyone is so helpful and inspiring. I have loved my time there!
We just had my daughters birthday party with girl power and had a blast. The kids did a pound class and the adults did an aerial class and could have played beach volleyball but couldn't stop having fun watching and trying the aerial room. Everyone was so nice and friendly such a great time. We will definitely be back.
GPS keeps me motivated to take care of myself! There are so many class options and times that there's no way you can get bored (a big bonus for me). The facilities are beautiful, the teachers inspiring and the atmosphere positive and empowering! You've got to try it! Great and fair prices too! And, you can make new friends while getting healthier! Win-Win!
