My favorite things about GPS are: 1. The variety of classes, which not only allows you to challenge your body in new ways, but also keeps your workouts fresh and fun 2. The uplifting atmosphere, with all the instructors leading the way with a positive message each week 3. It's a great way to meet people and make friends that you otherwise might never have the opportunity to meet!
If you are looking for a Spin class I highly recommend the Intro class at GPS. It was perfect for my first time! I also loved the Diva Dance!
I have never enjoyed going to the gym... until I found this place. Girl Power Station is a beautiful facility. They have a class for every interest, they have yoga, Zumba, barre, Pilates, spin, aerial, kickboxing, weightlifting, even pound! (I'm sure I'm forgetting some) I've lost weight and never felt better about myself. The instructors, staff and women who go there are all incredibly nice and warm. If you want a drama-free, butt-kicking workout, this is the place for you. Such a peaceful and fun-loving environment! The instructors are SO nice and know what they're doing. You aren't tied down to an expensive membership. Wish I could put more than five stars!
The staff are so welcoming and kind. They offer daycare while your in class, and my son just loves it! So glad I found this beautiful encouraging gym.

Girl power station is such a special place! The facility is beautiful. The staff is so welcoming and encouraging. Class are so much fun and offer a variety to push you physically. It is really an empowering place to be. I love that they focus on your overall wellness of your mind and body and not just your physical fitness.
