Hands down the best place for group or private fitness classes. I am a mom of 2 and these ladies treated me and my kids like family. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease and excited for all the options they have for classes, and childcare! The aerial yoga piyo class was AMAZING and I cant wait to come back! I drive close to 30 minutes to this location...but it is well worth it!! Loved it!!
I began my journey at GPS with the goal of feeling the best I have ever felt for my (November 2017) wedding day, and honeymoon, of course! My experiences this far with GPS have been nothing short of incredible. There are tons of classes offered that you get to choose from and make your week exactly what you want exercise wise. This place is amazing. It's like having your own personal group of friends that work out together. Everyone is so loving and encouraging and the mottos each week have helped me grow do much in my own personal fitness and life journey. Thank you so much to the staff and all of the women for everything.
Went for a Pound Class and it was amazing! Great workout with lots of support from the ladies in the class as well as the instructor!!! Spent the last 5 minutes stretching during an uplifting discussion about accepting yourself, being positive, and happy that you attended a class!
I joined Girl Power Station (GPS) back in June ,thanks to a friend who encouraged me to try it out . I was always very intimidated by class fitness until GPS. The instructors are kind and helpful, and facilitate a fun atmosphere for working out . I've made new friends who keep me accountable and consistent . When I was visiting family in Florida I wanted to find a place that I could go work out at where I felt comfortable, so I tried out Girl Power Station. From the look of their website and Facebook page it looked like a welcoming and fun place to try out. I took a spin class, never even taking spin before, and loved it!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about GPS! I love the atmosphere, the classes, the staff and the fact that I can leave my two little ones in childcare and know that they're are having a great time while I'm enjoying a class. I have never been a person who goes to the gym (I hate gyms!) but trust me when I say that GPS is different in everyway and I look forward to going every single time. My husband did his training at Eglin afb and I moved down to Fort Walton while he completed it and found this gym while I was looking for some thing to keep me busy and new people to meet. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and taken on a tour of the gym! Every class I attended more and more people remembered my name and made efforts to connect with me! My husband and I just got based some where else but I would highly recommend the girl power station to anyone! Great staff and awesome classes! :)
