RecommendedTook barre (Happy Hour w/ MamaT) as my first class and absolutely loved it. I showed up 15 minutes early and the team gave me a tour of the different classrooms and helped me get set up for class. It was easy to follow the exercises and was challenging the whole way through. Definitely want to take more classes!
I took my first classes here and LOVED it. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with smiles and a great energy by the gals at the desk. I took two classes. Zumba and Barre. Fantastic music and wonderful instructors. I love the positive vibes Terri sends out during her class which ends with a nice meditation. Highly recommend this place for classes!
Everyone is very accepting, friendly and encouraging. Their brand is fitting and I am thankful for my therapist recommending them to me. Girl power station has a variety of classes, ranging from cycle to Aerial yoga. All levels are accepted which I absolutely love! Thank you for a great workout today at POUND!
Had my first class today at choose Power Bar, which was pretty bold, but it was a great class! Katelin was an amazing instructor and gave so many options for how to do the moves. Everyone I encountered today was super nice and super helpful and the environment is so welcoming. If you’re thinking about going but afraid to go alone, you definitely won’t feel alone when you get here. Can’t wait to try my next class!
I took the Zumba Party class and it was so fun! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. FUN! There was obvious community bonding and a tight sisterhood feel. I had a blast!

I very recently became a member here and absolutely LOVE IT! Motivating staff, fabulous instructors, cub care is a huge plus for me as a mom with a little one! Thank you GPS! I’m glad I am a member.🙌🏻
