Wonderful gym- Great Welcoming Atmosphere!
I tried their yoga class this morning, and it was a nice, low-pressure environment that I could ease myself back into the practice. Sara, the instructor, and Terry, her boss were very nice and helpful. I look forward to coming back.

I LOVE the community here and the women that run the place! The classes are fun and challenging and my 3 y/o loves the cub care!
