A little gem tucked away in Val-P. Staff are friendly, the facility is gorgeous and they offer a wide variety of different classes all throughout the week. I tried my first class for free and it was enough to get me to sign up for a membership! Check them out!

I have 3 words for GPS: Fab. U. lous! Fabulous classes, fabulous instructors, and fabulous community. I joined GPS because I just wanted to try out the unique classes they offered, but I found much more. From the moment I walked through their doors I've felt welcomed and encouraged. At other gyms I've been to, I would sneak in and out unnoticed, but GPS instructors take the time to know who you are and what you're working towards.
