Earlier this year the AC on our rental property broke down and our property management had Charleston Heating & Air give an estimate for the repair. The estimate was around $ 1200; among other things an expansion valve needed to be replaced. We got Girard's number from a friend that just had their a/c unit replace. We had other companies work on our ac but I must say Girard amazed me with their knowlege and customer service. I will tell all my friends to use them.
I called 3 other a/c companies out to my house and nobody could find the problem. Girard came out and found the problem within 10 minutes. They quoted me a great price and showed me the problem and the tech didn't understand why the other people didn't find it. I waited three months before I posted this just to make sure everything was okay and it's been working great ever since I called my new friends at Girard. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
Great fast service and you saved us a lot of money vs the other company we used to use. We are happy with our new Gooman unit with a 10 year extended warranty. We are already saving money on our electric bill. Thanks Girard!!!!!
