These real estate tycoons at this corporation own a vacant lot next to me in North Port. There are many dead pine trees creating a hazardous situation of dropping bark and limbs. Multiple trees fell during Hurricane Ian, causing fence, water well, and pool cage damage. I have contacted several of the members of the Gimenz Real Estate Corp to address the situation with little assistance provided. Sell, develop, or maintain your property to prevent unnecessary damages to others' properties!
