What a wonderful call I received this morning. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and she was not home when they tried to deliver. They called me and asked the best way to deliver without spoiling the surprise. The gentleman who called was so accommodating, certainly going beyond expectations. Thank you so much! They also sent me a picture of the flowers which where beautiful. A lot of extra touches which is the difference between good service and great service. Highly recommend.

Somehow the flowers on top wilted after 1 day. Called and the wonderful staff sent the bottom arrangement to replace. Amazing customer service and experience. Thank you for making a special anniversary even more special I am calling EVERYTIME I need flowers.

Twice now I have walked into Gillespie and needed something very particular. Once for a funeral and this week for an anniversary. Both times the extremely helpful staff (Katie) listened to my needs, let me walk through the cooler with them and pick out what I wanted. The designers took my idea and wishes and went crazy! Working with Sarah at Gillespie Florist was the best wedding decision I think I made! She was so great working with me while I was living states away. She was so good with keeping on track and in contact through planning and really delivered day of! The flowers were some straight out of a fairytale! They were beautiful and filled the Disney feel we were going for completely! Her kindness and passion for what she does really shows in her work. I am so thankful!
