what i know of Gilcrest Chevy dealership is that it is one of the premier chevy gmc dealerships in washington state..if not the top by reputation and what they do to showcase the chevy line by taking a couple of each of the best vehicles and souping them up with after market goodies and putting them on the lot... to show just how sweet the chevy product is... i was fortunate to get a 2001 lt silverado they built and showcased.. taking the loaded Lt Z71 and lifting the suspension with a rancho 6 inch and carbonfibre interior ... read more

The staff truly works together as a team. What a great experience from shopping to purchasing.
I bought a $53k truck five years ago and service has sucked. At three years my headlight was full of water, I noticed and waited until my next appointment, sorry two weeks out of warranty. Then my oil pan was leaking, covered on powertrain warranty. Then the power sending unit went out probably shorted out during oil pan fix and I had to pay. In for a new oil leak and a month over power train warranty. The most disappointing is when I bought the vehicle in 2013 I was told I would have service loaners for life. Today the stor... read more
