Beware of Service Department!!! I have bought a couple vehicles from here! The sales staff were always nice. However watch out for the SERVICE department! I'm done with this place, forget the life time oil changes. Two weeks with out a vehicle and a lot of run around to try and fix a problem. I went to another Buick repair in the area and they told me that it didn't need the service that Gilchrist told me it needed. I've bought three cars (Spark, Crude, and Impala) over the course of three years. Each time I've been more than pleasantly surprised! Our salesperson, Paul V., did an outstanding job of pointing out the vehicle details as well as showing us the numbers. We have never paid MSRP on any vehicle, the discounts have been off the charts, and quality of service is par none. From start to finish it has always been a pleasure. I highly, highly recommend Paul V. To any one looking for s new car.

Purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu from Gilchrist Chevy a couple days ago. Our salesman, Jeff Stacy is amazing! I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market for a new or used car. He took the time to help me understand all my new components on my new car, was courteous and everyone was very friendly.... Both my boyfriend and I are happy that we decided to go see Jeff!
