bought a car 1 year ago. car is great. traded in my old car. i've been receiving parking tickets/bridge tolls/collections notices for my trade in for a year now. the office staff at gilchrist failed to transfer title or registration for my trade in to the wholesaler they sold my trade in to. when i first brought this to the office staff's attention they attempted to blame me for the problem. gilchrist has been paying the tickets and toll fees. unfortunately takes time out of my day to bring the tickets to their dealership co... read more
Son and I own a 2010 Chevy aveo. Had a 10:00 am appointment today to have oil and filter change and to have the timing belt replaced. Service staff just called and just now is having the oil changed. They could not change the timing belt without keeping car over night. What happened with the 10:00 am appointment? Last time at this dealership. Sales person great experience!!! But after that nothing but a headache. Paid $1000 for a DVD player and get a cheap one installed that I had to drive all the way down to Tacoma three times and it is still a bad DVD player. Bad service, call service and sales managers, they said they will call back and a week later no call We have to call back!!!!!!!
