Josh was my sales rep, and I bought a 2017 chevy spark. He was just awesome, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He always answered his phone, got me an amazing price, and even picked me up at the train! (I live several hours away). I'm still telling everyone how great it was. This place really sucks!! DO NOT even think of buying a car here. They are complete idiots!
I decided to try a dealership for my oil change, and the week before my check engine light had come on. They drove my vehicle in at 1:14 and at 3:25 I said I needed to be somewhere at 4. They drove it around front and the service rep told me the read out said what the problem was and I said will the light stay on, to which he replied yes. I paid $187 for a computer read out and oil change to find out the light was not on and they had failed to reset the oil change meter on the vehicle. Can't say enough good things about Gilchrist Buick! Recently purchased a car from them and from start to finish it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
