Poor customer service. Poor maintenance; couldn’t fix a shifter problem ( a known problem with this make and model) two different times.
RecommendedI recommend that Gilchrist always be honest, upfront and honest above board about all issues.
Poor customer service. my cousin brought his vehicle there by appointment for a new key and told the vehicle there at his expense only to have customer service tell him that his car will not be available until the following Monday because the key that he was supposed to get was given to another customer.

RecommendedEasy to deal with I negotiated purchase over the phone and just showed up and picked up the truck. Only real disappointment was the truck could have been detailed a little better. There were smudges on the mirrors to where I had to wipe them down to see out of them. Then they didn’t have the second set of keys, or the owners manual in the truck. It had to be mailed to me. Honestly those are just those little details that people remember. Overall experience was pleasant.
