What an experience. The best fish i ever had.
Gilbert's Cavatappi with Collard Green Pesto was the the bomb! Must be the 1st time I've ever enjoyed collard greens. Can't wait to go back.
This was one of the first spots we tried when we came into florida.. good service food was good.. first time having gator meat lol wasn't bad
My boyfriend and I loved everything we ate last night. The food looked and tasted AMAZING! The staff was friendly and attentive. I cannot rave enough about this restaurant.
By far the best beef brisket I've ever had. Loved the Brussel sprout slaw. Will definitely go back for dinner.

If you haven't tried the BBQ lunch at Gilbert's UK, you are missing out on a little piece of BBQ Heaven!!!!!! Burnt Ends and Pimento! Thank you Chef for bringing your talents to our little island......and thank you Lee for your hospitality!
Incredible! I can not say enough about our dinner. The brisket and Brussel sprouts were perfection. The biscuits are amazing and Leave room for dessert!
Great food! The gator ribs are excellent, and best brunswick stew ever! Very good service too, definitely a local favorite!
