The food was very good and our waitress Jessica was very kind! The fried catfish and grits with collards greens was delicious! I will be back!

We had seen Chef Gilbert on Top Chef and Cutthroat Kitchen, so while visiting Amelia Island we wanted to try out his restaurant. It was definitely worth it. The Fried Chicken Skins were unique and delicious. The beef brisket was great as were all the home made BBQ sauces. My only regret was that after splitting the BBQ Sampler Platter with my son, I was too full to try the Bourbon Pecan Pie which looked amazing.

This was our first time and we will definitely be back!! My shrimp and grits was amazing!! The best!! My husband absolutely loved his catfish over collards n grits with a sweet potato chowchow!!Flavor was indescribable!! Staff was very friendly and helpful!!If you have never eaten there you are missing out!!

Just celebrated Fathers Day with my boys there! The Fried Chicken Skins were amazing, the sauces paired with it were incredible. The Datil pepper hot sauce was just the right amount of heat! The Brisket Burnt Ends were incredible!! The pulled pork was also really good! Didn’t need any sauces! The sides were very well put together! Well worth another trip! And the fact that you are using a couple of Oklahoma Joe Smokers is a big yes vote from me!

5 stars. What a great place. Everything was awesome. From the Burnt Ends to the Brisket. Try this place, you won’t be disappointed.
