Unbelievable great food! Love the black and red enamel dinner ware and mason jar glasses. Best sweet tea I have had since my grandparents. Sweet but the essence of the black tea shines through. We ordered another side of sprouts, they were that good! Excellent fried chicken!

Rave (as always) to Gilbert’s! My husband love the BBQ lunch and when I asked him to bring home dinner, he sprung at the chance to get the dinner portion as take out for us. However, we were given a wrong side and a wrong meat. After calling, the staff said they would remake both meals for us... not just replace what they didn’t give us in the first place. So now we sit with dinner for the next two nights and I couldn’t be more excited! Thanks Kenny and staff!!! We will surely be back!
Best brussel sprouts I’ve ever had. So crispy and tasty. And the burnt ends were amazing.
We were celebrating our anniversary and heard about Underground from some of the locals. We gave it a shot and was not disappointed! The food was amazing... did I mention, AMAZING! The Brussels sprouts should be award-winning. The BBQ alligator ribs and the brisket were perfection. Everything was amazing. We will be back!!!! And you should go!

We made reservations for 15 to celebrate our wedding this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The service was outstanding and the food was great! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area! Thank you!!
