We are always pleased with the service we get at Gilbert and Baugh. Mr. Baugh always takes his time to make sure we have everything we need and the sales associates are great! Kyle Baugh always does what he can to make sure our visit is amazing. No need to shop anywhere else because they are the best!
The last time I took my vehicle in for service only half of the things asked for were done. I had a recall on some parts in my car. So since my car was going to be there, I asked them to change the oil. Nothing was written down so when I came and picked my car up, I realized the oil was left alone. Then once I got my car home, I also noticed that my center console had been scratched everywhere. We had an excellent experience and Drew our sales associate was tremendous. Going in we weren't sure what we wanted and Drew patiently showed us all of of the many vehicle options taking the time to explain the features on each and every one of them.
