Excellent dealership. Great people to work with. Kyle went out of his way to get me the truck I wanted and even came picked it up to have some accessories put on so I wouldn't have to waste my day off . By far best dealership I've ever used.
Excellent service and friendly people! Mr. Baugh was very hands-on and made us feel like a valued customer. Jeff Amos was great also! He was genuine. I felt like he was sincere when he was making conversation with us and wasn't just trying to sell a vehicle. The finance guy, Lee, seems like a great man with good Christian values. Wonderful experience! Buying cars in the past has been unpleasant in varying degrees. Gilbert & Baugh is unlike any dealership I have ever visited or conducted business with. Friendly, personable and helpful staff combined with an owner who is on the premises, ready and willing to help the customer have a positive experience! Unbeatable! I believe in keeping my money local when buying a vehicle. Gilbert Baugh Ford does a lot of good thing for the community. They make you feel like family and will work with you on finding what you want without the high pressure sales pitch. I think the have the best service department around. I really enjoy doing business with them. They are lots of fun and genuinely good folks.

Great Experience! We picked out a car, signed paperwork and was out the door in an hour! Now that is how I like to buy a car! And after we left the owner called us to thank us for driving to Albertville to buy a car from him. How nice is that? We will be back!
What a great business!! Kevin Norton really went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and patiently put up with my numerous test drives. In the end I drove off the lot today in my new Edge!! I even got a picture with Randy Thank you Gilbert and Baugh Ford!!

Couldn't ask for better people! They won my daughter over! By baking her a fresh batch of cookies and popcorn to take on our trip to the beach! We have bought a truck from them had it serviced and also rented a SUV from Gilbert & Baugh! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
