Purchased a car there this week. The staff at Gilbert and Baugh were very polite and worked diligently to make my experience there a good one. My salesman Gary was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I will be bringing my business back and will be recommending my friends to take their business to Gilbert and Baugh.

Just ordered a 2018 F150. This will be my second truck I have ordered from them, last one was a 2015. I live near Anniston and drive the distance because I get a better deal here than any dealers near me. The put more money into my trade and sell the new vehicle cheaper too. I only have experience with the service department, having bought my 2010 Taurus SHO used. So far I have had two visits for oil change and tire rotation. Both were positive experiences. I will continue to have my car serviced by Gilbert & Baugh.
