Great Christian people. They support our local churches by sponsoring a "church of the month" on WBSA 93.5FM in Boaz. The church I pastor, New Faith Baptist in Boaz, is the church of the month for January 2018. Thankful for folks like Gilbert & Baugh
Worst customer service ever !!!!!!! Salesmen are unbelievable. Cannot tell the truth and lead you on only to find out the vehicle had already had a deposit on it. Wanted to give hardly anything for a nice truck!!!!! Never again !
We've bought two vehicles from them and have been very happy with the way we have been treated. The salesman at the dealership I had been using didn't seem to get the urgency of finding me a new truck when my other one was totaled. Jeff Amos got right on it and made me a great deal. When my wife's car got totaled I called Jeff. We talked About what she wanted and he had the car waiting when we got there. The day after her accident she was driving a new Focus. Everyone there treats you like a friend.
When we walked into Gilbert and Baugh Ford we were made to fill like family, whether it is service or sale the customer service is exceptional. Thanks Randy!
Bought 4 vehicles from this place. Last two have been Ford Focuses. The dealership knew of transmission/clutch issues and did not warn us about them. Since then, my clutch pack has been replaced. My wife's vehicle falls under "normal allowable shuddering" to warrant nothing being done to it, even though it is still under warranty. Shuddering to the point that the car does not want to move when pulling out into traffic, or shake the vehicle violently when trying to pull a hill. But that's ok because it's "normal." I had an issue with the back seat not coming back up and then the airbag light came on. They had to order a part so I had to come back. Once they got the part in they called me. When I went in they said it would be about 2-3 hours. After 3 hours it was not fixed. They gave me a loaner car that I used for the next 2 days until they called to say it was fixed. They have great customer service, letting you know what will happen and expectations.
