They seemed extremely nice when I bought my used car there a few years ago. However, since then, I have had several issues with the car and most are due to there being wrong parts or makeshift parts. For example, a piece of "tubing" that was under my hood was supposed to be for craft use, never intended for automotive use, and was not allowing proper air flow through to my engine. Low pressure, friendly and excellent customer service. Ken was especially helpful and we are thrilled with our purchase. Lee was also very pleasant to work with. The owner, Mr Baugh and the ladies that work out front greeted us promptly and were very warm and friendly throughout our 3 trips to the dealership to conduct business. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had and was well worth the time and effort to travel from Birmingham to make our purchase! Thank you Ken et all!

Excellent customer service! Everyone we spoke with was a pleasure, from the salesman Tim, to the finance manager Jeff, and the owner himself, Randy Baugh. We've bought a car from another local Ford dealership and this experience was completely different. Jeff took his time explaining everything to us and was up front about our financing from the start. The other dealership did not so this for us and used another lender's rate than what we preferred. I would highly recommend this dealership for future purchases! Thanks again!
Did a”walk-in “ for an oil change and was waited on immediately. It was near closing time and there was a problem w/ the water pump for the windshield washer and not enough time to complete the replacement. I came back the next day and again, they took the vehicle in immediately The final bill was less than estimated cost. Am I happy w/ Gilbert and Baugh ? You bet
