RecommendedWe came in from out of town with a problem with the truck. They took us right in with friendly service and got us back on the road. The best customer service anyone could ask for especially when you are far away from home.
Fastest and easiest vehicle purchase every done. Was looking at used F-150 but got a great deal on 2019 F-150 with David.
We had never had any dealings with these folks. Actually had to use Google Maps to find it, since we aren't from the area. We were met immediately by a friendly young man named Drew. We met Mr. Baugh and the finance guy named Jim. All were friendly, attentive and helpful. Never felt pushed or rushed. My wife and I were very impressed with the staff. If you've never been here, give these folks a chance. You won't be disappointed.

I am from South Carolina, and purchased a 2016 Explorer, while trading in my 2013 Explorer. Sight unseen. I know how skeptical this sounds but Tim Johnson, took great photos and even took time to have some paint spots repaired. Jim Wyckoff was great too he took care of all the paper work, “and from Alabama to South Carolina there is a lot” with out delays. Great team at Gilbert & Baugh Ford! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 👍🏻👍🏻 from me.
