Had an absolutely amazing experience today. Went in assuming there was no way to get even a used vehicle, because my credit is non existent. They pulled every string they had to make it work with my situation. I was just hoping to trade my car in for something used, and ended up spending less than we went in expecting to spend, on a brand new car. The sales team is like no other. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Let me say that I really live Randy Baugh he is a honest man and he is fair but the vehicle we bought has been nothing but trouble since the day we bought it. It was in the shop for months which ended up costing over $2300 to fix which luckily we got the ford warranty but the problems keep coming the hatch will not open and the driver seat is popping like it’s coming apart. Great experience! Our salesperson (Drew) was knowledgeable and friendly, he even stayed late after closing to complete the sale. Mr. Baugh also took the time to visit with us while we were finishing the paperwork. In my experience when owners are actively involved in their business it shows in a very positive way. This was no exception. I'd buy again from this dealership and would recommend that others give them a look.
We have been car shopping for over three weeks. We finally got our search narrowed down to what we wanted. We just had to get the price right. We visited at least 8 dealerships and never got the price where we needed it. Not only could the other dealerships not get the price right, the entire process at other dealerships was a nightmare.
