Tim Johnson helped me find a car before time ran out :). Excellent customer service! I was around 36 weeks pregnant and they made sure I had a car before my baby decided to come into the world. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in search of a vehicle.

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape from Nissan, but I had to bring it to the Ford dealership to get a recall fixed on it. The service team at Gilbert & Baugh Ford went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the recall, they were also kind enough to wash my car for me. They were very polite and friendly.
I've traded cars with a few dealerships in my 60 years some good experiences and some not. I have say I have never had as positive experience as I recently had with Gilbert and Baugh Ford in Albertville, Alabama . Met a young man, Mr. David Wilbourn that made buying a truck a pleasant experience, if there is such a thing. No one hates purchasing a car more than I do, but when it comes time to trade trucks again, I'll certainly visit Gilbert and Baugh again and will seek out Mr. Wilbourn.
Bought my car a year and a half ago. There were some repairs to the car that were supposed to be done, but I've yet to get the call that the part came in. Other than that everything went incredibly smooth.
