This was the quickest new vehicle purchase I have ever made. most purchases took nearly all day long, I was in and out in less than 4 hours with zero prep work prior to arrival. David was exceptional, kept me informed throughout the process, the owner Randy even came out and invited me in his office and spoke with me, and had a great conversation with Jim during the financial portion. All in all I could not be happier with my experience!!

Had a great experience at Gilbert & Baugh shopping for a new vehicle. Everyone was super nice and they didn't pressure us like many other dealerships do. Kyle was great and is very informed on the vehicles on the lot. Randy sat with us in the waiting area and talked to us like old friends, very nice and respectful man. Finance department was great and got us a better deal then I expected. When we are ready to trade in our new vehicle this will definitely be our first stop. Highly recommended!
