We have one mission: to deliver great comfort food that families could enjoy together. My passion for the food industry started early, as my father Gideon would make delicious meals from scratch that consisted of an appetizer, entrée and dessert. The entire family would gather around for hours and enjoy conversation mixed with family style cooking. Gideon's food is excellent. I've never had a bad meal from there. Just today I tried one of their specials, the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Fantastic! Barbecue places I've found can be a little hit and miss in CT. This one is a definite hit! Note: of their sauces, I highly recommend the Carolina Mustard sauce. Delicious!
