Gideon's food is excellent. I've never had a bad meal from there. Just today I tried one of their specials, the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Fantastic! Barbecue places I've found can be a little hit and miss in CT. This one is a definite hit! Note: of their sauces, I highly recommend the Carolina Mustard sauce. Delicious!
