We have one mission: to deliver great comfort food that families could enjoy together. My passion for the food industry started early, as my father Gideon would make delicious meals from scratch that consisted of an appetizer, entrée and dessert. The entire family would gather around for hours and enjoy conversation mixed with family style cooking. Just want to give a big thank you to Gideon's. My son & I visited you Saturday at the Waping Fair. He has Celiac and, obviously, can't have gluten or he'll get extremely ill. We normally don't even attempt to eat at fairs for this reason, but the kid loves BBQ. Long story short, everyone there (I'm assuming the owners?) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We found almost everything was gluten-free and had the BEST SMOKED WINGS EVER! You have customers/fans for life!
Solid brisket and ribs. First time here, but I can see us coming back. Best BBQ we've found from Glastonbury north. Definitely a place to check out.
Good Southern BBQ, variety of sauces to try from Carolina Mustard to Digs Fire Sauce. Will definitely be back!

Just had an office party catered by Gideon's. We have about 25 people in the office and had clients visiting from the south where BBQ is king. Gideon's was attentive, precise, and prompt. Our entire order was 100% correct. We ordered the 3-meat catering package which included brisket/burnt ends, babyback ribs, and pulled chicken. For sides we had mac&cheese, cornbread, and salad.
