I ordered a half slab of ribs, and they smelled horrible:(. The prices are ridiculous for the quality, or lack thereof...
Been many, many years since I went to Gibson's, but it is as I remembered. Great food and great service! Lived in Huntsville 1976 - 1978 and really enjoyed eating here. Have eaten there infrequently since I left, but never disappointed.
Love Gibson's. It's a tradition in our family.. the biscuits and gravy so delicious
