I'm writing this as a vegetarian so that tells ya something about the ambience, great staff, and homey feel!!! I love that this is locally owned. The staff definitely like what they are doing and like each other - which I find very important. My dad comes to this restaurant all the time. He recently lost my mom after 61 yrs of marriage so y'all be extra sweet to older folks sitting by their lonesome. Thanks and keep up the good works!

Great BBQ!!! Friendly staff Like the fact they have delivery
I have loved this place pretty much all of my life. Lately I've been disappointed in the meat being a little dryer and on two occasions lately found a knuckle/bone in my pork Bar B Q. I truly hope that this can be corrected as I don't want to see this historical restaurant go by the way side as so many others have.
Some of the football team from Huntsville High School met for breakfast there today. They enjoyed it so much, and to make it even a more memorable event, one of your great patrons picked up their tab. Places like Gibsons BBQ and people like that nice man are simply what make Huntsville such a wonderful place to live.
Breakfast is excellent. Biscuits are some of the best I have had. Fluffy inside and just the right amount of crispness on top!
