I wish Gibsons could expand out west. Still the first place I go to eat everytime I come to huntsville and the best local BBQ you'll find around at its price point. Pulled pork loaded baked potatoes are epic.

Wins my vote for best bbq in South! Also their Brunswick Stew is so tasty! Sauces are white vinegar and red! All to die for!! Try Lemon icebox pie and onion rings too!!! Go hungry!!!!
Good stuff, and very inexpensive. I had the BBQ pork. I don't imagine it was intended to be Carolina-style, and it wasn't. The sauce on the table left a bit to be desired. The BBQ beans were good, and the hush puppies were excellent. All in all, worthy of the price.
The item that I had increased in price by 20% from a previous visit earlier in the year. I find that to be RIDICULOUS. I will NOT be back. Huge ripoff and the food is average.

Such a special place when we’re in Huntsville! Cracker Barrel had a 40-minute wait! Gibson’s was plenty busy, but we did not have to wait to be seated, and our delicious meal was served in a very timely manner!
