I lived at Gibraltar Apartments for 9 years and can't say enough good things about my time there. The staff is wonderful and from the moment that I moved in I felt welcome and at home. Francisco (the building manager) is very responsive and professional, and is always going the extra mile to ensure the residents are taken care of. The building is always well maintained and with great amenities. But the best thing about this gem is the location. Between Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell and MIA. I’m very happy to live here and the staff are the best! Francisco, José, Maria just to name a few.
Excelente lugar. Impecable Administración y Seguridad al 100%. Hermosa Piscina y un gimnasio acorde al Edif. Faltó una estrella porque no tengo un puesto de estacionamiento fijo🥲, el edif esta full 🤭
Fairly new, beautiful, and clean building. The property manager and staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional! The units are well equipped and well distributed. Lived there for about 4 years and I loved it! Thank you all!
