I purchased a new Liv Brava here and have also been riding with the Liv to Ride group on Tuesday's on Northshore trail with my MTB. The team here really cares and takes time with you! It was recommended to me to be refit for my MTB and I solicited Sam Law to help. After the refit, I took the MTB to Northshore and rode to MADD shelter and back. These folks are here for the love of the sport. Super knowledgeable from first hand experience and will help you get connected with rides and Into some great gear. They are deep into Flower Mound cycling and put their personal hours into fixing trails, leading rides and encouraging beginners. First name basis with everyone in the shop. Expect more than a retail experience, these are gear heads.
Avery the young girl was awesome! Older man behind counter was rude and has no customer service skills! I just went in to buy one thing for my bike and he would not say a word to me as he kept doing what he was doing. There was no one in line. At one point he looked up at me and rudely said hello, like why are you looking me. After 10 minutes of standing at the counter Avery returned and checked us out.
