Had an awesome experience at Giant Lakeside. Went in to get a starter bike for my fiancé and the guys there were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Definitely not one of those stuck up bike shops ive ran into numerous times. They're happy to help all skill levels and all budgets. Very highly recommend.
Took them my Redline 'cross bike and my Giant Anthem 27.5 and was very pleased with the service. Repaired the Anthem replacing the rear derailleur and hanger and tuning the shifting. Tuned up and repaired the Redline and it's ready to go and all in less than a week turn-around. I'm very pleased and impressed.
I was in town for the first time on business and had a few extra hours to burn, I called about a rental and they were extremely friendly over the phone. They were able to accommodate my needs and I ended up with a great rental, Carbon Full suspension. They set the bike up perfectly, had a changing room, gave me all the info i needed on the trail system. A big shout out to Bob and the staff for a great experience!! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting from out of town looking for a bike or a ride. Thanks guys!
These guys rock. We stopped and parked to go ride the lake shore trails. Not knowing the area they gave us plenty of info so that based on our skill level we could ride within our comfort zone. They also let us borrow an Allen wrench to tighten up our kuat rack. They seemed to also have a great supply of men’s and women’s bikes and cycling accessories and sports nutrition. Would definitely recommend this shop to friends.
Damon and the team are always a great visit. That said, I recently had my ride totally saved by the Lakeside team! I drive 45 min to Northshore only to realize that I had a mechanical issue that would have kept me off the trail. I walked into the Lakeside store and Damon immediately started in getting my ride trail ready! Can’t beat that! Thanks Giant Lakeside!
