I came off of Northshore with a mechanical issue and I came over to Giant Lakeside - not knowing they were closed already. They had actually been closed for a while, but the employees were still there and Chad opened up the shop and his staff fixed my derailleur issues without blinking an eye. Great service - even though they had no obligation to let me in.
The entire team is awesome! Won't go to any other shop again!
Great bike shop! Very knowledgeable staff for both beginner and experienced riders!
Make sure you ask Chad for the VIP special. The man knows his bikes, and doesn't hurt that his team provides the best customer service!
