Just visited Giant Lakeside and was treated very rudely by one of the owners. My husband visited this store earlier this week and was excited and very impressed by one of the staff members who told him about the trails behind Lakeside and the E-bikes they had to rent. She shared the cost and said we would need to call the store directly to make a reservation. We live in Flower Mound, only 5 minutes away so we went to the store to learn more about the rentals. Damon and his team knocked it out of the park! I told them what I was looking to use the bikes for and they directed me to perfect bikes for my wife and I. I gave them a tight deadline and they hustled to meet it. We are customers for life!
I showed up an hour before actual opening time today because I looked at the wrong website. The guys were nice enough to let me in and Alex fixed me up with a new chain and shifter cables. Really appreciate the service and not making me wait another hour. I’ll be back. 😊
