Lost part of my dry cleaning. They did not know how to break down the bill so I had to pay for the full bill to get other clothes. Been over 10 days I have been promised call backs from managers and district managers but no call back. The dry cleaning warehouse blames the store the store blames the warehouse. They're prepared foods are really good with lots of choices. The staff is really nice it all in all its well laid out
The store in general is fine...except the produce manager who insists that the vegetable displayed is anise when it is actually fennel root...members of the same family but two completely different plants. In fact, literally every Giant Eagle store I enter has posted the same error and a produce manager ignorantly stating "They're the same thing." when I point it out. How are the produce managers collectively that clueless?

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Bob in the Butcher shop. I bought a butcher box the other day (Saturday Dec. 6) and when I got home the steaks I ordered as 4 bacon wrapped sirloins were the correct weight but only cut in three large portions. I set the receipt and steaks in the fridge to return the next day and forgot them.
