Today was the first time I ever used the curbside express. 300$ worth of groceries in my house and put away within an hour! There was a few flaws, when I called to let them know I was waiting they let me know, 6 items I had ordered were unavailable. I feel as if they should call you when they realize that they don't have the product. Also when I got home I realized they missed a few things that I had paid for milk, eggs, cheese and butter. Went and bought beer that was labeled $12.99 and was charged $20.99. Customer service manager "had nothing to do with it and it was our mistake" guess I'll never be buying beer there ever again. Thanks Laurie.
My car was recently broken into and my personal belongings were dumped in the Giant Eagle trash. The employees found my items (all of high value) and turned them into their manager who called the police. Very grateful for the honesty of the employees here.
Not enough check out lanes open. Only 2. Decided to do self check. But it's a good store and a great change from NYC
99% of the time I can find what I'm looking for. Most of the employees are polite and helpful and this location has an Eagle Nest for the kiddies
Used to love coming here for variety and the occasional use of the Eagles Nest. At times your cashiers might be slow and I have to wait a bit longer than average giant eagles. Suddenly it's getting longer and longer. This past Sunday the carts were wrapped around the store almost to dairy. People were irate. I was told by the manager hours were cut there was nothing anyone could do. 25-35 min on average to checkout. People were yelling and leaving. I am so disappointed in you guys
