get some cashiers who actually care about customer service
The pharmacy is an actual joke. Twice in the last two weeks they didn’t have my medications ready. The first was medications called in an hour beforehand, and today was one called in about 9am and one of my regular monthly prescriptions that are on an automatic refill. Both times I’m being told that they only have enough to get me through one day and today the lady actually asked me if it was necessary to get it today. Maybe not be a hour and half late for the delivery I paid would help.
try to knock out my groceries at 1 a.m. Since they're open. self checkout is usually bad enough, giant eagles are usually even worse. But this time after six items the computer decided it needed a cashier to clear it out for me. Problem was there was literally no one on the floor working at the five minutes of yelling trying to get somebody I gave up. I just want to know why they throw so much items away like donuts, bagels, lunchmeat ends, I am sure there is more. I asked what they do with the lunch meat ends and one of the girls said we just throw them away. I wanted to buy the ends but they were going to charge me full price. Why can't they sell them at a reduced price?
I make it a point to shop on Thursday, the first day of the sale. Every single time they are out of the sale items! Here's a perfect example, Giant Eagle Milano bread, none on the shelf. I have a picture I wish I could post here it looks like they may have had a total of 8 loafs when they started the day, none in the back either. Every week I complain, I'm told everything should be on the shelf, no it's not. If there was another store anywhere near to me I'd never shop here again.
