Had my car serviced for a recall on Wednesday then on Saturday driving to Wilmington IL I heard a strange sound which turned out to be the wind cowl ( I believe this is what it is called) under the engine, the middle piece of the 3 piece attachment was missing all the bolt fasteners causing it to flap in the wind. (I was on RT 394 doing 55 miles an hour) Called Webb to be told to either tie it up myself or drive it until it fell off. Then come in when I got back home. I DO NOT recommend this dealership. If you want your concerns, phone messages, text messages and in person visits to be ignored, then this is the place for you. I bought a vehicle from this dealership JUNE 18, 2020 and I STILL don’t have my title! I keep getting one excuse after another. They sold me a vehicle that needed new brakes, but they said it still had 40%-50% life and they don’t replace them with “that much” life.
