My husband and I had our Jetta at Gezon Collision for 6 weeks and had a terrible experience. VW has a rust guarantee and so we coordinated panel replacement work through Gezon and Ed was our contact. Our car has had some body damage/work in the past like most 10 year old vehicles and so I do understand that they had more work to do than anticipated. But the lack of communication and his horrible customer service skills are inexcusable. I left a full review on Yelp.
My wife and I just bought a car from these folks. They were all very nice, but I'd like to make a special call out to Nick. He was super helpful with answering all our questions and generally seemed excited/interested in the material. No one was pushy when we said we wanted to get lunch to think about our decision. I will certainly be back when it comes time for another car.
This place discriminates. When my 18 year old daughter was there she introduced herself and held out her hand to shake the owners hand he looked at her and refused to shake it. I am appalled. I taught my daughter respect. This man obviously judged her based upon her age. I will never shop here or bring my vehicles here again. I am disheartened that a professional man of his age acted so disgraceful.

We had an awesome experience when buying my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport this past September. Bill Gezon was very helpful, and not pushy at all; unlike the sales reps at two other car dealerships we went to that day. We very much appreciate all Bill did, and we are definitely loving the new car, especially now that the snow is flying!

My review keeps going down until someone at Gezon resolves two issues that have been going on for over 6 months. Very nice people face to face but unwilling to be accountable for the products they're selling. 3/24/15 Two parts: Purchasing from Gezon was five stars. We purchased a 2005 Volkswagen Touarag a little over a month ago. We haven't yet been able to enjoy it because it's been in the shop more than our driveway.
