Wanted to purchase the car. Asked for details on added fees and out the door price as it was an 80 mile drive to the site. Did not get a response on the added fees until the 3rd attempt. When finally receiving a reply, I was informed the car was being sold and was sent information on another car priced $3000 higher. Not very good in my opinion.

The worst dealer experience, starting with the fact that 'It's Gettel's policy not to hold vehicles' But they will accept a non-refundable deposit of $2,500.00 to hold vehicle. I spoke with Penny this morning (12/08/17) at approx. 10:30am, when we got off the phone she was supposed to send me the final #'s to come in and purchase the vehicle. walked in thinking that the SUV i wanted was out of range. Mike MacDougall stayed positive, patient, and worked out a deal we both agreed on. I highly recommend this dealership, and the salesmen Mike was the best. I was also impressed with the managers and the other Managers from the other Gettel dealerships. A+++ -Robert

The salesman Alex wasn't your typical high pressure salesman which I appreciated!! He answered my questions and I bought the Sorento..I am very happy with my purchase also Terry the finance person explained everything I was signing. He also took the time to explain available warranties one of which I purchased. My only complaint is that when I test drove the vehicle the rear view mirror came off in my hand so the service department was to fix prior to driving it away, it came off before I even got home, also I received only ... read more

I had a great experience here. The service was good and they wasn't pushy. The only problem I have is they told me the car was still available to arrive and find out it wasn't there. I still bought a car with them.
