Although I ended up not buying the vehicle this person, Yelly, was extremely accommodating in providing all requested information on the car including going out personally to videotape the car inside and out and send it to me. She also didn’t prompt follow-up to see if there was anything else that you could help with. Excellent overall service sorry we were not able to make the purchase with this dealership.

The dealer didn't have the car that was advertised. They emailed asking if I wanted to reserve one. That was not what I had in mind at all. They should not put a car on here that they don't have in stock.
