Gettel is in my opinion a bait and switch company. I was told the vehicle was there, paid someone to take me there then when I wouldn't look at a more expensive vehicle or finance the one I was there to buy, was told it "wasn't there" yet I had confirmed it was there that morning and it remained up on multiple websites for 18 days for sale after I visited the dealership. I visited Gettel Lincoln to test drive this Ford Escape Titanium. My sales person was amazing. I loved him. However, I did not end up buying this car because it was missing a feature that I really wanted in a new car.

I bought this car! They were easy to deal with !
I received an auto reply with a link to the vehicle and contact info for the dealer. When I went to the link the vehicle was already gone. Only other contact was another auto reply asking me to contact them.
Sent initial response, then nothing!!!!!!!!!
