The car was posted on the website as for sale, but the car wasn’t even ready. I contacted like 3 or 4 guys and all of them had different answers. Basically a mess!!! The first guy tells me he will get in touch with me the next day, another guy sends me an email within 10 minutes, saying the vehicle it’s no longer available. Find a different dealer, they don’t want your money. What a joke.
This dealership responded quickly. I was able to handle the purchase of my vehicle mostly through email. Best car buying experience that I have ever had!
Insult of my time and intelligence. I live in Ft. Myers and did not want to drive the hour to the dealership unless we generally agreed on the price. We did - so I thought... After repeatedly asking for the "total tax/ tag/ title, out-of-the-dorr price," I get there, and this dealership places a $4K Gettel Advantage cost - which completely ticked me off. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. From my salesperson John Roy, the sales manager and the business manager Darlene. On Sunday it worked an hour past closing to finish my purchase. Great company to do business with.

I contacted this dealer last week. I made an offer on a car and they responded quick. Of course they did not take my offer so I asked for an out the door price. I did not read the dealer disclaimer and that's something costumers need to read before you contact the dealer so you know what the real price of the vehicle is. After taxes and tag transfer they also added about 5090 in other fees. So the price was 7ks more than the price advertised. Costumers just have to read for the hidden fees that way their time won't be wasted... read more
Great contact about the vehicle. Was not able to come to a deal about how to continue after not being able to go there but no hard feelings.
