I came with my Fiance to see JoJo and I had the most amazing experience. First of all, I love the work she did on my face, it came out so subtle and natural which is what I wanted being this was my first time getting filler. I got jaw, chin filler, a little on my cheeks and nose and I love how I look!! She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and took her time with me which I appreciated. Will definitely be coming back for touch ups before my wedding.
Ok! I never write reviews but had to do it…I tried every treatment under the sun and went to multiple med spa in my life! Get refreshed is by far one of the best place Jojo and Jacob are simply incredible you can see that it’s a real passion and not a money grab (very rare in Miami’s esthetic world lol) they are so knowledgeable and they will deliver the best results possible… walking into a top Miami med spa could be intimidating but with the amount of guidance and expertise this team makes you feel right at home literally!... read more
I would like to applaud the owner for an amazing business structure that is not only backed by great science that offers everyone a spectrum of innovative options but a wonderful patient catered service that is individualized. I personally do not have a brave bone for needles and Christy recognized that I was not going to do well with just the localized anaesthetic so she offered me nitrous oxide to take the edge of my fear off. I really love my results and would highly recommend this place.
Poor communication with Yanni. Not customer service oriented. Clearly made zero effort to earn me as a new client. Could not give me a rough idea what procedures they would rec with photos unless you paid $100 for a 10 minute virtual consultation. They say the $100 comes off the procedure without saying how much the procedure will cost. Obviously pictures of your face should be enough information for them to give you at least a price range.
I recently got fillers done and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team did an amazing job — everything looks super natural and balanced. They made me feel comfortable through the whole process, explained every step, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for subtle yet beautiful enhancement!”
