I placed an order on October 30th in the early morning for some shrink tubing that showed to be in stock, paid for expedited shipping. On October 31st, I emailed them requesting an update on when my item would ship as I really needed it. No response so on November 1st, I called and asked if my item had shipped to be told that it was on backorder. Absolute zero communication from G.B.O. to myself about some cork grips I ordered exactly two months ago today. I’ve called them 3 times now and each time they have said “They are on backorder from the supplier. Let us find out when we are getting them and we will call you right back.” Still waiting on those return phone calls... This is after receiving the wrong grips on multiple occasions on prior orders. Bad business. It’s unfortunate they are the only ones that carry the specific grips I’ve been needing.

Great group of folks and customer service. Shipping is very fast and rod blank advice has been accurate which is helpful when you can't hold a blank in your hand. Probably have at least dozen orders over past year with Get Bit and while there were a couple small issues they were corrected very fast.
