Have some back ordered guides, roller tip is one. Need it to finish build. Got an email over the weekend followed up by another and a phone call on Monday. Great service and always someone to answer the phone and any questions.
ordered some reel seats and accidentally got the wrong one. Called them up, they emailed me the return label immediately. I returned it, called to see if they got it, they just did and were reshipping the correct reel seat. less than 5 days from the time I sent it to them and I got the one I needed. that's great customer service. That's the reason I recommend you to everyone looking for a place to get rod building supplies. Plus you carry Rainshadow blanks. That's one of my favorite. Thanks again, love the videos.
I started dealing with Get Bit when I met Kevin in Winston-Salem Rod Builder show. He’s a super good guy that supports the rod builders and our veterans. Great selection of different corks and I’m loving the inexpensive rod kits. I’m going to make some young kid happy with that $17.95 Mahogany kit. Nice little rod for UL fishing. Everyone I talked to warehouse has been super nice and helpful. Thanks for specials so we can all keep busy during this crisis.

Awesome customer service. I placed my order on sunday and monday morning I received an email letting me know that some items were in backorder and they will ship as soon as possible. I called on thursday to check the status of my order and spoke to Will. He told me that they had not shiped anything because they were waiting for one of the items but not to worry that he was going to check and ship my order overnight. I received the order on Saturday. I have emailed and messaged about my order and have gotten no response. I would just like to know when my order will ship. I should have read the reviews.
I received the incorrect item on my last order. I’ve sent multiple emails, submitted several web requests and made several phone calls (voice mail is “full”) trying to correct the issue. I offered to pay for the replacement, and to return the incorrect item for exchange. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received a single reply. This is not “world class customer service”.
