I’ll admit I do not buy often from GetBit but when I have it’s been a good customer experience. I remember the first blank I ordered from GetBit arrived broken, I took pictures and they replaced it immediately. I’ve also purchased an Alps Upgrade Chuck and some other items over the years always having a really good customer experience. My most recent call to GetBit was in an effort to find a certain blank to use for a particular project and they made every effort to help that I could expect and didn’t really have to.
Everything I have ordered from Get Bit Outdoors has been excellent quality. I am rapidly becoming a fan of the American Made Liberty blanks!
