This place is a joke! Won’t help when package is lost by mail says not their problem. Actually still on you until I receive my package. If you are having problem over and over again with USPS why not ship though someone else. Then going to tell me you will bill twice if you send out a replacement. What a JOKE!! Beware!!

My order was shipped on Oct 14th with one item backordered. I recieved my backordered item on the 29th, which is understandable, problem is that I still haven't recieved my original order. I have called multiple time and have emailed multiple time. Basic response is waut and see if it comes when clearly lost in mail. It has been well over a month, very disappointed.

Place a order for the first time with this company Wednesday evening after closing hours. I received my package on the following Monday. That's outstanding service and shipping. I've since placed another order and forgot to order a item. I contacted the customer service department and they were able to add my item to the order eliminating a second shipping charge. This is the way to keep my business. Thanks

Went on a gator hunt with Cpt. Kevin and I couldn't be more pleased. Awesome level of experience and knowledge to go with a great attitude and service. I'll definitely be calling him next year.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable. Experience of a lifetime. I booked a hunt for my husband, although I’m not a hunter I like going along for the experience. I might have had a better time than my husband. They knew exactly what they were doing and hustled so hard to make sure we landed a gator of a lifetime. They spent over an hour working through the grass and weeds to get us our trophy. respond to emails in a timely matter, not after I send three of them let customers know if any part of their order is back ordered instead of just leaving the order "waiting for fulfillment"

Used to be a great place to get your supplies but can’t seem to get the parts in the box lately they will show that you received your parts then argue with you when they didn’t show up with the rest of your order or blame it on usps who I’ve had no problems with getting parts from mud hole in the same town I’ve had customers waiting for 3 months for rods that they have the parts in stock but can’t seem to get them to me definitely not what you would expect after placing $1500+ order I think I will be taking my business somew... read more
